CANCER CONTROL VOLUNTEERS are still NEEDED!
The National Cancer Institute (NCI) is looking for volunteers to complete a short survey as part of the 2017 Cancer Control P.L.A.N.E.T. Evaluation Study. This is your opportunity to share your thoughts on the extent to which the Cancer Control P.L.A.N.E.T. (Plan, Link, Act, Network, with Evidence-based Tools) web portal is meeting your needs. The goal is to improve the website designed to provide data and resources for planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based cancer control programs.
Many of the changes made to P.L.A.N.E.T. over the past few years are a result of your feedback on prior evaluations. NCI and its Cancer Control P.L.A.N.E.T. sponsors look forward to the continual renewal and improvement of the PLANET web portal to support cancer control efforts across states, tribes, and territories. This survey is being conducted by an independent evaluator and all data will be reported to the NCI in aggregate form. No individual responses will be shared with any NCI or NIH representative. Your participation in this evaluation is voluntary. Click HERE to take the survey or visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ccplanet5
